About Living Well with Back Pain Online
Back pain is a common health problem. In fact, 8 out of 10 people will complain of back pain at some point in their lives. This online course has been developed by Arthritis Ireland to help you understand your back pain and to introduce you to key self-management strategies and tools. The course, which contains both video lessons and material you can read, will take you a few hours to complete, but once you have registered, you can access the course as often as you like.
